If you receive a defective or damaged product, we offer a free replacement. To request a replacement, please contact our support team at support@mobilecasehub.com within 3 days of delivery and share clear images or details of the defect.
Once the issue is verified, a replacement will be processed at no additional cost. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect model selection, or normal wear and tear.
Products that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accidental damage are not eligible for return or exchange.
Mobile Case Hub reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request after inspection.
